White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow in 'good' condition after heart attack

Larry Kudlow, the executive financial adviser to President Donald Trump, suffered a heart attack Monday, in step with the president. Trump tweeted Monday night: "Our Great Larry Kudlow, who has been working so hard on trade and the economy, has just suffered a heart attack. He is now in Walter Reed Medical Center." The White House later mentioned Kudlow was once in "good" condition and docs expect him to make a full restoration. Kudlow, 70, is the director of the National Economic Council and was once a part of the U.S. negotiating crew over the weekend on the G-7 meeting in Quebec. During a fiery interview on CNN on Sunday, Kudlow mentioned Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau "kind of stabbed us in the back" after Trudeau reiterated that U.S. tariffs in opposition to Canada had been "insulting" and would lead to retaliatory tariffs in opposition to the U.S.
